Shipping

  • As soon as an order is accepted, the delivery timeline begins.
  • Our warehouse typically takes up to 2 working days to process and dispatch your order.

Taxes & Duties

  • All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • For international orders, customs duties and import taxes (if any) are not included in the product price and must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery. These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.
  • In cases where the product is received under a Reward Programme run by our distributor, any customs duties originally covered by Nimbus will instead be payable by the customer upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You must submit a request via the Shipping & Returns portal on our website within 96 hours (4 days) of receiving your order.
  • Please include your order ID and the reason for return or exchange in the form provided.
  • Once your request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled by our courier partner within 1 to 5 business days.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unused and undamaged.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
